Perminder S. Tung is a Partner at Lindsay Kenney LLP, a major regional law firm in British Columbia. He serves on the SABABC Board as President. He also contributes extensively to sub-committee work in order to advance SABABC’s mission. He has been involved in SABABC since he was a law student.
Jindy Bhalla is a partner at the downtown Vancouver law firm of Edwards, Kenny & Bray LLP. Jindy has been actively involved with SABABC since its inception, having served on the board and as treasurer for most of SABABC’s existence.
Jeevyn Dhaliwal practices in the area of workplace immigration law at Vancouver firm, Larlee Rosenberg. Jeevyn serves SABABC as Chair of both the Public Relations, Policy and Advocacy and Student/Mentorship Committees.
Sukhminder S. Virk is a solicitor with a blended practice including Corporate and Commercial Law, Wealth Preservation, and Trust and Estate Law. Sukhminder joined Lindsay Kenney LLP in 2015.
Harkamal is an associate at Mackoff and Company. She is currently a Board member and the Vice President of Membership for the SABABC. She has been involved with SABABC in various roles since she was in law school.
Hardeep S. Gill is an associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP specializing in tax and corporate commercial law. Hardeep received his J.D. at the University of British Columbia Law School in 2014. Hardeep serves SABABC as Chair of the Scholarship Committee and sits on the Fall Conference Committee.
Rupinder Gosal has been involved with SABABC since 2015 and has since become a Director and a Co-Chairperson of the Student Mentorship Committee. She is committed to advancing the SABABC mandate of promoting the development of south Asian lawyers, law students, paralegals and staff.
Ravneet is the founder of Arora Law Corporation. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including contract disputes, construction law, builders liens, real estate law, and negligence. Within SABA BC, Ravneet sits on the Fall Conference Commitee.
Sarah practises in the areas of criminal defence, civil and family litigation at Zargarian litigation. She is currently a board member and vice president of membership for SABABC. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science and law degree from UBC.
