Hardeep S. Gill is an associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP specializing in tax and corporate commercial law.  Hardeep received his J.D. at the University of British Columbia Law School in 2014.  He also holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from UBC.

In his practice, Hardeep assists businesses and individuals in all their various tax planning and business restructuring needs, including by initially advising clients as well as in carrying out any necessary transactions.  He also advises clients involved in tax disputes and in making voluntary disclosures to the CRA.

Hardeep serves SABABC as Chair of the Scholarship Committee and sits on the Fall Conference Committee.
