Sahil is an associate in the litigation group of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and completed an undergraduate degree in international business from the Schulich School of Business. He maintains a diversified litigation and dispute resolution practice. He has experience in matters involving contract disputes, employment disputes, debt claims, class action litigation, product liability claims, tort claims, shareholder disputes, data breach and cybersecurity issues, and securities regulation.
Sahil represents both domestic and international clients in a broad range of industries, including mining, pharmaceutical, banking and financial services, construction, and travel and tourism. Sahil has appeared or assisted on matters before all levels of court in British Columbia. He has also assisted on matters before the Supreme Court of Canada and on matters before arbitral and administrative tribunals.
Sahil has previously been involved with SABA Toronto and is now a director for SABABC. As part of SABABC, Sahil is head of the Membership Committee. In addition to his involvement with SABA, Sahil volunteers for a number of charitable organizations aimed at reducing barriers faced by socio-economically disadvantaged youths.
